The game of Poker is played with a 52-card deck. To play the game of Poker you will need some luck. One can be a pro in Poker, but when the cards are dealt luck is the same for everybody. Before you sit down at a poker table make sure to read the sign next to the dealer which shows the minimum table limit. After you make the first minimum bet, five cards are dealt at first, face down, to each player. The first deal is followed by the first betting round. You must at least call to stay into the game. It is up to the player to decide which cards he wants to keep and which to throw away. If you have good cards you can hold all of them, if you have bad cards you can throw away all of them as well. After everybody on the table decides which cards they want to hold or discard, the dealer deals the same amount of cards to each player as they threw away. After everybody on the table is done with the betting the highest ranked hand wins and gets whatever is in the pot in the middle.
