Poker is played with a regular deck of 52 cards without Jokers. It is pretty much a game of chance. There are a lot of skilled and experienced poker players, but when it concerns the deal of the cards there is nothing they can do. There is a table with maximum and minimum bets next to the dealer. You should read this table before you start playing. Players make their bets and then each player is dealt five cards face down. After this first deal the first round of betting starts. You must at least call to stay into the game. It is up to the player to decide which cards he wants to keep and which to throw away. You can hold or throw away as many cards as you like. You will get the same number of cards in place of discarded ones. After the second and final deal the betting is about to start. After everybody on the table is done with the betting the highest ranked hand wins and gets whatever is in the pot in the middle.
