Players get only some of the cards in Stud Poker. The rest of the cards are dealt during the betting rounds. The example of Stud Poker is the game with the same name- Stud Poker. In Stud Poker each player receives one card face down and one card face up (5 card stud) or 2 cards down and 1 card up (7 card). The game starts with the player to the dealer’s left. There is a betting round after the deal and then each player is dealt another card. One more betting round and the players are dealt all cards face up, except the last one. Then players show their cards and the hands are compared. He, who has the best hand is the winner.
