Unlike other poker variations in Texas Holdem there are community cards, which are common for all players in the game. To form their hands all players can use these community cards. 2 cards are dealt face down to each player in Texas Holdem. 5 more cards are dealt face down on the table. They are called community cards. A round of betting is held after the deal and three of the table cards are turned up. One more betting round follows. One more table card is flipped, followed by another round of betting. The last card is flipped, a final round if betting ensues, and finally a showdown in which players make their best hands using their two pocket cards and the table's five shared cards. The winner is the player with the highest hand.
