Poker is played with a regular deck of 52 cards without Jokers. Poker can be said to be a game of luck and chance. One can be a pro in Poker, but when the cards are dealt luck is the same for everybody. There is a table with maximum and minimum bets next to the dealer. You should read this table before you start playing. After you make the first minimum bet, five cards are dealt at first, face down, to each player. The first deal is followed by the first betting round. You have to meet the highest bet to stay in the game. Then you have to decide which cards you want to keep and which to discard. If you have good cards you can hold all of them, if you have bad cards you can throw away all of them as well. The cards which were thrown away will be replaced with the same number of cards. Then the second deal and the betting round follow. After the final betting round there is a showdown. The hands of the players are compared. The player with the strongest hand is the winner.
